International Day of Light

Light plays a crucial role in our lives, being a central topic in science, sustainable developement, communication, energy, as well as in other non-scientific fields, like art, culture or medicine. That’s why UNESCO dedicated a day to celebrate this symbol of life.

To celebrate the International Day of Light, the IEEE Pavia Student Branch, together with the Department of Electrical, Computer and Biomedical Engineering, organized a series of interesting seminars. The event will host professors from the University of Pavia, as well as from other Universities and Institutes. The complete program is shown in the poster here attached.

It will take place on May 17th, 2021 at 14:30, and it will be completely virtual.
